We know you have many choices when selecting a Dentist in the Grand Strand, we greatly thank you for choosing us to address your dental needs.
Please call us (843-238-3332) or email us in order to schedule an appointment. Because of the limited number of appointments available, we ask that you come to your appointments on time. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
We provide the following payment options to our patients.

- Financing through a third-party lender (See Financing Section below)
The total treatment fee is due at the appointment in which the treatment is initiated. For major procedures, such as dentures and crowns, there will be a period of time between initiating and finishing treatment. For this reason, we can collect 50% at the time of impressions and the remaining 50% at the time of completion for your convenience.
Dental Insurance can help aid patients with the cost of healthcare; however, it was never meant to provide 100% coverage for all services that you may want or need. Most dental insurance policies pay only a percentage of the total cost of basic care. Your policy is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. We are not notified when changes are made in your policy, coverage, or filing addresses. Therefore, we need your help in providing us with complete, current and accurate insurance information in order to make estimates about your possible benefits.
Once treatment is completed, we will submit the treatment with any necessary pictures, radiographs, and information to your insurance company. Any insurance coverage will be mailed directly to you from the insurance company. We will gladly discuss your insurance coverage with you, and we will estimate, to the best of our ability, what benefits you might expect from your policy. The most accurate estimate of your benefits will result from a "predetermination of treatment" that we will submit to your insurance company. This may take 3 to 4 weeks for your insurance company to respond.
We require a copy of a current insurance card and photo ID for all patients. Please bring the current card with you to each appointment. We will require a picture identification to verify ownership of the insurance card.
